What happens when I request a price?
Your enquiry goes to our team for a quotation. We will discuss the chosen design, gold color, size, stones and timing with you. Requesting a price does not place an order.
Can I create my own ring?
Yes. Explore the Ring Builder or meet our team to discuss a personal creation. Final specifications, pricing and production timing are confirmed for your order.
Are the diamonds lab grown or natural?
Lab grown diamonds are our standard offering. Natural diamonds can be sourced for individual orders. The type and specifications should be confirmed for each creation.
How will my order be delivered?
We offer complimentary express shipping, with tracking supplied after dispatch. Production time for a bespoke piece is separate from its delivery time.
Can I return or exchange a purchase?
Eligible purchases may be exchanged or receive store credit within 14 days of purchase. Please read the Returns & exchanges section for conditions and personalized order information.
Can my creation be engraved or resized?
This depends on its design. An advisor will confirm feasibility, any cost and timing before you proceed. Please speak with us before a third party jeweler carries out work.
