Your Just Brilliant creation deserves a thoughtful journey to you. Our team prepares each order carefully and shares tracking details when it leaves us.

Preparation and dispatch

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. A bespoke or personalized creation has its own production schedule; your advisor will confirm the estimated completion date before you proceed.

Delivery and charges

Complimentary express shipping is offered on orders. After dispatch, estimated delivery times are 2 to 5 business days for domestic orders and 7 to 14 business days for international orders. These are estimates; the destination, customs clearance and courier conditions can affect arrival.

Any applicable import duties, taxes or customs fees remain the customer’s responsibility. For an overseas destination or a time sensitive gift, speak with us before ordering so we can confirm the arrangements available to you.

Following your order

Look for the tracking link in your dispatch email. If the parcel appears delayed, the address needs correcting or a delivery attempt is missed, contact us with your order number. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply.

Boutique collection

If you would prefer to collect a creation at one of our locations, contact your preferred boutique before placing your order to confirm the arrangements.

Exchange window

Eligible purchases may be exchanged or receive store credit within 14 days of purchase. We offer exchanges and store credit; direct refunds are not available. Exchanges or store credit apply toward another Just Brilliant product of equal or lesser value.

Condition of your creation

The piece must be in its original, unworn condition and accompanied by its receipt or proof of purchase. Keep its original packaging and any certificates together while your request is reviewed.

Personalized creations

Custom, engraved and personalized creations are final sale once production has begun, under the terms agreed for your order. Ask your advisor to explain the terms before approving your order.

Starting a request

Contact our team within the applicable window with your order number and the creation you would like to exchange. We will confirm eligibility and provide the next steps. Please contact us before sending a piece so that its return can be arranged correctly.

A concern about quality

If you believe your creation arrived damaged or has a manufacturing fault, contact us promptly with your order details and photographs. Such concerns are assessed separately from a change of mind exchange. Nothing on this page limits rights that apply under consumer law.

Explore the available options on the product page. If a price is shown, select the required options before adding the piece to your shopping bag. For a creation marked “Price upon request”, send an enquiry so our team can confirm the specification, availability and quotation.

Secure checkout

The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Review your chosen options, delivery address, currency and final total before completing payment. Never send card numbers or security codes by email or WhatsApp.

Bespoke orders

Your advisor will confirm the design, materials, price, payment schedule and estimated production time for an individual order. An enquiry alone does not place an order.

Changes and order updates

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an order. The options depend on its progress, particularly once a personalized creation has entered production. Include the order number in your message.

What can be personalized?

Engraving depends on the design and the available surface of each creation. Our team will confirm whether it is possible, the space available, the cost if applicable and the additional time required.

Before you approve

Check the spelling, dates and chosen wording carefully with your advisor. Personalization is arranged with our team; a message in the shopping bag does not by itself confirm that an engraving request has been accepted.

Customized and engraved pieces are subject to the individual order terms confirmed before production. Please review those terms before approval.

Before choosing a size

For the most reliable fit, have your finger measured by a jeweler. Measure when your hands are at a normal temperature and consider the knuckle as well as the base of the finger. A wider band may feel tighter than a narrow ring in the same size.

Adjusting a ring

Resizing depends on the structure, setting and previous work on the ring. Some designs cannot be resized without affecting their integrity. Our team will assess your creation before confirming the options.

Resizing for US orders

Our warranty includes one complimentary resize within 30 days after purchase for eligible US orders, and up to one complimentary resize per year thereafter where the ring’s integrity allows. The customer pays to send the ring to us; return shipping is covered. This benefit does not extend to international orders.

While wearing it

Put jewelry on after applying fragrance, lotion and cosmetics. Remove it before exercise, swimming, housework and sleep. Avoid impacts, abrasive surfaces and contact with household chemicals.

When you put it away

Store each creation separately in a soft pouch or a lined compartment. Fasten chains before storing them and avoid contact between stones and other pieces.

Cleaning with care

Use a soft, clean cloth to gently remove everyday residue. Cleaning methods depend on the materials and gemstones in the piece. Ask our team before using steam, ultrasonic equipment or a cleaning solution, particularly on delicate gemstones.

Check the setting

Look for a loose stone, a bent prong or a clasp that no longer closes securely. If anything feels different, stop wearing the piece and contact us for an assessment.

Arrange a care assessment

A creation should feel at home in your life. A little attention to how you wear it helps protect the details that make it yours.

Before you put it on

Apply perfume, cosmetics and lotion first, then allow them to dry. Check that clasps are secure and that no stone or setting feels loose.

Through the day

Remove your jewelry before exercise, swimming, gardening, housework and sleep. Keep it away from hard impacts, abrasive surfaces and household chemicals.

If something changes

A loose stone, bent prong or unreliable clasp deserves attention. Stop wearing the creation and contact our team before using it again.

Give each piece a place of its own. Careful storage protects the finish and makes choosing your jewelry a pleasure.

Keep pieces separate

Use a soft pouch or a lined compartment for each creation. Diamonds can scratch other gemstones and gold, so avoid allowing pieces to rub against one another.

Prepare it for rest

Fasten necklaces and bracelets, arrange chains without tension and keep jewelry in a dry place away from direct sunlight. When travelling, use a fitted jewelry case with individual compartments.

Keep its story together

Retain your receipt, certificates and service records somewhere secure. They help our advisors understand your creation if it needs attention.

A gentle approach is the best place to begin. The right cleaning method depends on the gemstones, finish and setting of your creation.

Everyday attention

Use a soft, clean cloth to remove surface residue without pressing on settings. Avoid abrasive cloths, household cleaners and polishing compounds.

Before a deeper clean

Ask our team for advice specific to your piece before using a cleaning solution, steam or ultrasonic equipment. Some gemstones and delicate settings require particular care.

Professional care

If dirt has collected beneath a stone or the setting looks worn, arrange an assessment. Do not loosen a stone or force a clasp while cleaning.

Request an assessment

Send your order reference, a short description of the concern and clear photographs. We may need to examine the piece in person before confirming what can be done.

Services for your piece

Depending on the design and its condition, services may include cleaning, polishing, tightening prongs, replacing side stones or renewing rhodium plating. The appropriate treatment and any charges are confirmed after assessment.

Warranty or paid repair

A manufacturing concern is assessed under the applicable warranty. For work outside that coverage, our team provides a quotation before proceeding. Repairs by a third party jeweler can affect the Just Brilliant warranty, so contact us first.

What is covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship and states that the optical properties of our lab grown diamonds will not fade or cloud over time. It applies to purchases made at Just Brilliant and is non transferable.

What is outside the cover

The warranty excludes normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, loss, theft, improper cleaning or storage, worn prongs and stone loss caused by trauma or damage. Diamond chipping, cracking and breaking are not covered simply because a stone is a diamond. Third party repairs or resizing can void the warranty.

How to request service

Contact our team with your proof of purchase and a description of the concern. For a manufacturing claim, we provide a prepaid shipping label for inspection. If covered, we repair the piece or, at our discretion, replace it without charge. If the work is outside the warranty, we provide a quotation before proceeding.

Coverage is assessed after inspection. The warranty does not replace any rights that apply under consumer law.

Gold and diamonds

Just Brilliant works in 18K gold. Lab grown diamonds are our standard offering, with natural diamonds available by individual order. Confirm the specific stone type, carat weight, color and clarity for your chosen piece before purchase.

Certificates and references

Ask your advisor which certificates accompany the selected stones. Reports and inscriptions depend on the particular stone and order; a certificate should be checked against the actual creation. Keep the invoice and any grading reports together.

A question about an existing piece

Send us your purchase details and photographs. We can review our records and advise on next steps. For an insurance valuation, ask your advisor what documentation can be provided for your Just Brilliant creation.
