How can I choose between the different sizes?
You may find a size guide for Alhambra®,Perlée® ,Frivole®and Bouton d'or®collections. You may also find another guide to help you find your ring size.
Can my piece be engraved?
It is possible to engrave a selection of creations. It is mentioned on the product page whenever it is the case. You may add a message once the piece is in your shopping bag. Please note that engraved pieces are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Can my piece be adjusted?
To ensure the perfect fit, Just Brilliant offers an adjustment service for most of the creations, depending on their technical and aesthetic specifications. We kindly advise you to contact the closest boutique to find out more.
How much does it cost to adjust a creation?
Just Brilliant offers this service as a courtesy for 12 months after purchase. However, some cases can require additional costs. For more information, we invite you to consult the page dedicated to services.
How long does it take for the adjustement service to be completed?
It usually takes less than 2 weeks but the timeframe may vary, depending on the complexity of the work required.
