Stardust Cascade brings pear and marquise diamond forms into an elongated Just Brilliant earring. From the Marry Me collection, the creation uses 18K white gold to connect a sequence whose character is defined by direction, contrast and proportion.
The eye follows the design downward, encountering changes of outline along the way. Its sense of movement begins in the composition itself.
Two outlines in conversation
A pear shape combines a rounded end with a point. A marquise brings two points around an elongated center. Placed within the same design, they can create a rhythm of expansion and narrowing.
The interest lies in how these forms relate. Their orientation can continue a line or introduce a change of direction. Their spacing determines whether the eye reads a close cluster or a more open passage.
Stardust Cascade gives these choices a clear descending structure.
The earring as a silhouette
An elongated earring occupies space beside the face. Its width and length need to be considered together, along with the distribution of visual emphasis from top to bottom.
A photograph can show the front composition, while additional views help explain its depth and construction. A flowing appearance and physical articulation are distinct qualities; each deserves an accurate description for the particular jewel.
For Just Brilliant, both the outline and the way a creation is worn belong to its identity.
A measured sequence of light
Diamond shapes offer a vocabulary that extends beyond the central stone of a ring. In Stardust Cascade, they become repeating elements in a larger idea.
The Maison's creative perspective is expressed through that arrangement: individual outlines are brought into relation until they read as one composition. The result is a jewel whose character comes from the journey through its forms.
